  Can you give me any information about what happened to the scheme in Gisborne? Did it ever happen? Is it likely to?
  I am just compiling some data for my local council and need to know everything I can!

  Hi Lucy. I don’t know the exact details, but was lead to belive someone higher up in the council had pulled it in response to this article.
